Sun, Sand & Sea

I always love the sun and beach (especially sun-tanning), that is, when i was younger. Beach holidays were my favourite and I would apply sun-tan lotion with SPF0 for maximum tanning. Yes, i have heard about skin cancer as i often get exclamations from my friends when they realised that I used sun-tan lotion instead of sun-block. Well, I was younger then and I was more concerned about achieving a nice tan for my skin.

I still love the sun, sand and sea now. Given a chance, I will still want to go for a good tan but with proper skin care protection. But I guess that chance will only come much later on when my kids are older. My dream holiday is a family trip to the beach resort and the kids can play by themselves while their mummy just lie on the beach and get her tan.

We have brought Janelle to Palawan Beach in Sentosa twice last year and she loves playing with the sand and by the seaside. Jayven went along but he was much younger to play then. Last Saturday, we brought the kids to the beach again to play with their cousin. Megan. It was Jayven's first experience with the sand and he took a while to warm up.

It was a fun afternoon at the island and I was glad that Jayven enjoyed the beach as much as we do. Will definitely arrange for more beach sessions.
